Junior Volunteers at St. Francis Hospital

St. Francis has a summer Junior Volunteer Program. To participate, you must be 14 years of age by June 1 of each year. Junior volunteers are placed in all areas of the hospital. An orientation and training course is provided for all participants. College students may also volunteer in all areas.

To apply to become a junior volunteer, fill out an application, have your school guidance counselor fill out the counselor reference form, and have two adults, 21 years or older complete the personal reference form. Please provide a copy of immunization record for measles, mumps and rubella along with the application. Applications are accepted from February 15 until April 15.

It is preferred that the application be mailed and postmarked by April 15.
